Photo Processing: When using AI identification, photos are temporarily processed to provide species results. Photos are not permanently stored on external servers.

❌ No browsing history
❌ No biometric data
❌ No financial information (handled by Apple)

Species Identification: AI processes photos to identify plants and animals
Local Storage: Collections and memories stored on your device
App Functionality: Ensure proper operation and diagnose issues
Service Improvement: Analyze anonymized usage patterns

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Limited sharing occurs only for:

AI Processing: Photos processed by AI partners for identification only
Apple App Store: Payment processing governed by Apple's policies
Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order
Business Transfers: In case of merger or acquisition (with notice)

Must be at least 13 years old to use SDate
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
Users 13-18 should have parental consent
Parents can contact us to delete child's information

9. International Users

SDate operates from the United States. Data transmitted for AI processing may be processed in the US or where our service providers operate.

By using the app, you consent to data transfer and processing under US laws.

10. Device Permissions

🖼️ Photo Library: Select and save photos
📊 App Tracking: Measure ad effectiveness (optional)

Manage permissions in device Settings. Denying permissions may limit features but core functionality remains.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
